Promotions & packages:
Our rates are per night per studio/apartment for min. 2 nights. Promotional packages are applicable for stays for 4 or more nights. An extra 15% fee is charged for 1-night stays. Check-out cleaning, bed linen, towels, wifi and parking are included in the rate. Extra wood for fireplace is available for a surcharge of EUR 5 a basket.
Daily cleaning service (floor cleaning, bathroom cleaning and waste disposal) is available for a surcharge of EUR 8/day. Extra bed is available only in suites for a surcharge of EUR 20 per night.
Towels and bed linen are changed once a week. If you wish to have them changed more often, a surcharge of EUR 2 per towel and EUR 4 per bed linen per bed is charged.
City tax EUR 2 per night per person older than 18 is not included in the rate. For promotional packages, see Packages.
Apartments
Apartments are located in four villas and each apartment has its own parking spot. There is TV and Wifi connection in every apartment and studio.
Each apartment (apart from studio with kitchenette and 1 suite for two people) has a fireplace and a separate terrace. Some apartments can be connected into one for groups of families or friends.
Studio with kitchenette has a bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette with dining table for 2 people, bathroom, TV and wifi. Extra bed is not available in this room.
Apartment with fireplace for 4 people has two separate bedrooms, living room with fireplace, bathroom, kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher and dining table. The apartment has a separate terrace.
Spacious Deluxe apartment for 6 people with 3 bedrooms is designed similarly, as well as apartment with fireplace for 2 people and one bedroom.
Apartment without fireplace for 2 or 3 people has one bedroom, kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and microwave and living room. Extra bed can be placed in the living room upon request. This apartment has its own terrace.

Current accommodation packages:
The rates are per person per night, breakfast included. An extra fee of EUR 10 per person is charged for 1-night stays. City tax EUR 2 per night per person older than 18 is not included in the rate. Single occupancy surcharge is EUR 10 per night.
Accommodation is free for children under 3 (no bed and no breakfast is provided). Baby cots are available for EUR 5 per night (min. 2 nights), baby bath tubs are available upon request. There are high chairs and a playground at your disposal.
Buffet breakfast is served for min. 10 guests. For dinner, you can choose from a menu, 3-course meals are served (soup, main course, dessert).
Furniture & equipment
Double rooms have either a double bed or twin beds. Most rooms have a balcony.
Single room has one bed and triple room has three beds. All rooms have their own bathroom and LCD TV.
Suite / family room is composed of two joined double rooms and one bathroom. There is one LCD TV in the suite.

Cancellation policy
We reserve the right to pre-charge 20% (50% in peak season) to guarantee your reservation.
If you cancel 29 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost will be charged.
If you cancel 28 - 21 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
If you cancel 20 - 14 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will be charged.
If you cancel 13-8 days prior to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total cost will be charged.
If you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date or later, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
